We are looking for an experienced Software Licensing Specialist
Responsible for managing the core vendors’ Software License Process and performing as a
Subject Matter Expert on all related licensing questions. The All-Vendor Software Licensing
Specialist manages relations with other resources (including technical) for effective, timely
and accurate building of software Bill of Materials and acts a focal point for all inquiries and
questions that also require technical licensing expertise. This role also supports vendor
dedicated licensing specialists in day-to-day operations and serves as backup in cases where
the dedicated recourse is not available. An effective communication with internal teams,
clients, distributors and vendors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a high level of core vendors’ software product licensing expertise
• Building and maintaining relations with partners, distributors and vendors technical
resources.
• Manage and negotiate highly complex deals with various components and be a
focal point for advising and building quotes and Bill of Materials.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all extended teams; ensure
communication to leadership and across the software sales teams
• Leading discussions with external clients, distributors and vendors
• Conducting timely deal registrations
• Tracking and monitoring new vendor incentive programs
• Maintaining relevant certifications

Requirements:
• At least one year expertise in licensing, contracts and pricing, preferably for IBM
Microsoft or Salesforce
• Experience in building BoMs (Bill of Materials) based on customer requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• English proficiency level (C1) is mandatory
• German will be considered as an advantage.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Technical knowledge of vendors cloud and security solutions will be considered as
definite advantage
