CLIENT ADVISOR WITH ENGLISH /PART-TIME OR FULL TIME/
Main responsibilities:
Answer to customer queries in timely and professional manner;
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Manage communication with customers mainly by phone;
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
Maintain system documentation.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1 or higher);
Effortless understanding of the various dialects in the British English language;
Good listener;
Fast and efficient in working with a computer;
Calm and balanced person, does not get nervous easily;
Phone experience is an advantage;
Previous work in an English-speaking country is an advantage;
Interest or knowledge in sports is an advantage.
