If you have:
• University degree in Business (Banking/Finance), Computer Science or IT
• Мinimum 2+ years practical experience in the SME business
• Knowledge in banking/financial products/services/software
• Advanced command of English
• Excellent grasp of Microsoft office – Excel, Power Point, Word
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Results-oriented personality with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business priorities
• Good presentation, interaction and communication skills

And you would like to:

• Work in the Small Business Daily Transactional Banking Department in an exciting and challenging environment
• Support the development of the SME non-lending and transactional business in Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria)
• Work on innovation and digitalization of products and services in the Small Business segment
• Be responsible and shape the whole SME customer journey
• Gain knowledge in working with collaboration management tools (e.g. JIRA®, Confluence®)
• Understand the Agile/Scrum Core Values, Principles and Practices
