TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST | STAY AT HOME RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Description:
As a member of the EMEA Global HR Solutions (GHRS) Talent Domain team, the Talent Development Specialist is responsible for delivering talent HR programs/solutions in the domain areas of talent management, career development, coaching/mentoring. It is expected the specialist to be an expert in the processes, tools and methodologies associated with these domain areas.

This specialist is responsible for partnering closely with the Talent and Performance COE to identify and deliver appropriate solutions, leveraging existing global solutions and service providers where appropriate. The Talent Development Specialist will lead and/or facilitate small-medium size projects/programs, managing client relationships to deliver HR solutions within the talent domain scope.

In-scope regional talent facilitation services may include but is not limited to: learning and development programs, employee engagement, inclusion & diversity, annual talent discussion processes, coaching and mentoring, strategic workforce planning and team effectiveness.

Major Tasks:
Work in close partnership with the Talent and Performance COE to identify appropriate solutions, align on solution design creation when necessary, and leveraging existing global solutions and service providers where appropriate
Represent the needs of the talent domain in the delivery of talent program/solution offerings
Leverage and enforce tools, methodologies and processes to support the effective and efficient delivery of talent programs
Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals
Provide thought leadership in recommending and delivering talent solutions that build on business and functional strategic drivers
Define and monitor performance and service quality metrics in alignment with Global HR Solutions and Talent & Performance COE strategic objectives
Implement talent programs/solutions to achieve desired business results and provide an excellent client experience
Monitor key performance metrics that drive high performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies within the domain to gain efficiency in delivering HR solutions
Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes
Represent domain in prioritization activities and escalations in the broader market services area
Provide geography feedback into services priorities to ensure regional and global adoption
Ensure delivery is compliant regionally with laws, regulations, and corporate policies

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of relevant business and/or human resources experience
Experience in a shared services organization
Excellent level of English language proficiency (B2/C1) both written and spoken
Proficiency in Excel; Experience with Power BI will be considered as advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, can easily understand and operate business processes
Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing programs/solutions
Ability to identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce cost
Demonstrated understanding of evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a regional and global team
Ability to travel as required, up to 25%
