FINANCE SAP DEPLOYMENT EXPERT
Job Purpose and Impact
The Finance SAP Deployment Expert will deliver financial analysis input for business decision making and performance improvement opportunities to support business growth. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization. The SAP – ERP Modernization is a global implementation focused on reengineering the core processes of Cargill. Key objectives include creating higher value for customers, developing common standardized global processes, delivering the tools and resources needed for employees to do their jobs more efficiently, and providing access to information to support decision making.

Key Accountabilities
Learn and understand business processes, procedures, transactions, and technology within assigned functional area. Collaborate with teams to refine and redesign current processes. Facilitate change management as needed.
Responsible for functional and process support, including support in user testing, data validation/maintenance, responding to super user questions, organizing necessary system training, and performance support calls.
Ensure the business requirements that are in scope are addressed by the project and acts as skilled support contact between the IT development group and business/finance function for the development and implementation of new ERP system.
Deliver effective financial and management reporting to support business decision making, including defining relevant business performance indicator and frequency, standardizing, and optimizing management reporting, and preparing effective business performance analysis across the country.
Partner with various stakeholders to deliver accurate data and reports and continuously improve management reporting effectiveness.
Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity, and leveraging current technology.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of accounting working experience
Advanced data analytical skills using current spreadsheet or business intelligence tools.
Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
Experience in working with multiple businesses or international businesses.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years of accounting working experience within a multinational company.
End to end user experience with SAP FI/CO or other financial modules
Experience in previous projects, including ERP/SAP modernization.
Demonstrated change management skills (experience supporting and or managing change initiatives and working in an ambiguous environment).
Experience influencing key stakeholders (must be able to influence change in the business and within the project team).
