ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST | STAY AT HOME RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be mainly responsible for ensuring administrative support to CBS Sofia Centre in the listed and other areas: Meet& Greet, Mailing & Courier, Staff & Visitors Access, Meeting Facilities administration, Stationery & Supplies, Catering, Dining & Vending, Accommodation & Transportation, Printing & Binding, Documentation & Archiving, any other administrative tasks as required.

Key Accountabilities
Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies, and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
Receive and relay messages and respond to varied to routine administrative requests.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Reception Area Attendance & Visitors Handling

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Computer proficiency – MS Office /Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Strong attention to detail and follow-up; ability to multi-task; results-orientated
Very well organized, ready to contribute to process improvement and optimize work efficiency
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency
Fluent English
