As a Data Management Expert, you will participate in all Group Data related projects, support Data Governance and Data Quality activities and enhance the data driven mindset and culture across the bank.

You will become part of a team of experts in data governance, data quality, data architecture, data taxonomy and data lineage best practices, which will be supporting you into creating a true value for the organization. You will also be using agile practices in your daily routine.

If you have:
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant
- 2+ years Bank experience or experience in a financial institution
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively use and work with large databases
- Тechnical skills oriented towards data management tools is strong advantage (Oracle PL/SQL,Alteryx, - Ataccama, Collibra, Axon, etc.)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power point
- Eager to learn and share knowledge
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English


And you would like to:
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Data Governance framework across the bank in line with KBC Group requirements and Regulatory requests
- Participate in the development and implementation of Data Governance Strategy and Roadmap aligned with the Bank key strategic goals
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Bank’s Business Glossary and Data Lineage process
- Implements the data ownership concept and maintains register of the Data Owners, Data Stewards and other data governance roles in the Bank
- Ensures data lifecycle meets the established goals and it is in line with the Data Governance framework requirements from data origination, data transformation, data storage and data delivery
- Oversight of data governance and data quality requirements in all banks’ projects and agile squads
- Data Quality Management - develop, implement and maintain logical Data Quality Indicators (in Ataccama) as requested by the different stakeholders in the Bank
- Monitors the data quality progress and prepares reports to the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare materials for regular data governance and data quality reporting to senior management
- Oversight of BCBS 239 requirements related to data governance - business data lineage, financial reconciliation, data correction and monthly reporting cycle
- Develop and implement data management training and awareness program within the bank
