If you have:
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other field of Information
• A minimum of five years in a professional senior technical role such as data architect, database administrator or senior application developer, or other hands on leadership role in area of data architecture or design.
• Experience in data modelling and information classification, effective conceptualization, pattern recognition and ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.
• Understanding of information architecture frameworks and models.
• Extensive expertise in relational, NoSQL databases and database caching on premise or in cloud, as well as defining data structures, both logical and physical level.
• Knowledge of SQL in at least one of the following environments: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2.
• Extensive experience providing practical direction on information and analytics platforms in conjunction with Enterprise Data Warehouse tools and technologies.
• Solid experience with Data Warehouse and BI systems.
• Experience in data streaming, data integration and data migration technologies (Kafka, ODI, AWS DMS, etc.).
• Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs
• Extensive experience for collecting business requirements from customers and transform the requirements into data processes and data schemas.
• Assessed a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in financial sector or banking /will be considered as a serious advantage/.
• Expertise of software development methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or equivalent
• Very good command of English language
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
• Some experience working with board level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions

And you would like to:
• Serve as liaison between data consumer representatives and data or application solution development teams
• Define techniques, guidelines and best practices for data management
• Maintain current state, define the target state of the enterprise data architecture
• Identify the gaps between the target and current state of data architecture and together with other IT specialists develop a roadmap toward the target state
• Together with DBA team, system administrators, application developers and analysts establish and manage the metadata management approach and identify metadata assets
• Develop a corporate data dictionary, including data flow diagrams, current data classification and security levels
• Participate in all data management initiatives; take part in determining information requirements for new projects and/or change requests and assist in identifying the information elements that already exist in the enterprise data architecture, or need to be added
• Work in cooperation with the data modeling staff (DB administrators, application developers) with regard to the creation of all physical and logical data models as well as participate in data integration, data exchange, BI and content management teams to ensure reuse and consistency of information assets;
• Participate in due diligence for new SW purchases by reviewing the data models contained in the applications
• Participate in developing the data objects and data models to support data services under SOA approach
• Stay up to date with IS requirements, regulatory guidelines (such as privacy requirements), compliance guidelines (such as data retention requirements) and industry standards related to corporate data
• Design solution and data architecture during the project lifecycle in cooperation with the - - Chief IT architect and other data and solution architects.
