If you have:
- University Degree (or graduate) in a quantitative subject as Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Economics or related
- Ability to think creatively and apply analytical, design and problem solving capabilities
Willingness to work with big data, data visualization and presentation of the results
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge (experience in Access and\or VBA will be considered as an advantage)
- Working experience on reporting unit or similar position will be considered as advantage
- Good planning skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English (written and oral)



And you would like to:
- Prepare reports and analysis in the collections area from pre-collections to legal stage
- Understand collections processes, manipulate data and perform data mining
- Monitor and analyze current collection strategies, run champion-challenger tests, monitor and present results
- Work on implementation and integration of new electronic channels (Viber, email, social media) in collections
- Take active part in upgrades / new systems / new tools implementations
- Plan, organize and complete allocated project work to agreed schedule
- Build and maintain positive day to day banks relationships at peer level
- Effectively share knowledge and discuss specific up-to-date issues related to daily work
- Identify opportunities to drive the business forward through improvements and optimization of operations
