Job Purpose and Impact
The Transportation Data Maintenance Specialist will apply basic knowledge and understanding to support the team in the management of routine data maintenance, system configurations and processes to assist with the automation of transportation functions. In this role, you will support management systems and will partner with internal and external stakeholders on process excellence, improvement opportunities, process controls and system implementations.

Key Accountabilities
Partner with the team to provide basic knowledge of processes and systems related to the domain master data management on the automation of the related function.
Maintain basic risk and data accuracy to ensure adequate process control exists.
Partner with stakeholders to assist with expectations setting and execution on stakeholders strategies related to transportation data.
Prepare basic data reports and analyses to support quality data management.
Partner with the team to perform process improvement initiatives, system implementations and maintenance of division service metrics.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluency in English
