Position Title: Senior Software Engineer - Global Software Group

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced software engineers to join our PowerCurve Collections team. Collections unlocks the power of data and analytics to provide the guidance needed to personalise the collection process, effectively recovering debt whilst preserving long-term customer relationships. Development teams are focused on developing innovative, highly customizable and customer friendly features which further strengthen the market leading position of the product.

Responsibilities:
Research & Develop high-quality software for the SaaS and on-premise worlds
Produce high quality clean, testable and efficient code
Work closely with Product Owner and Architects to fully capture functional requirements and dependencies
Share knowledge and inspire teammates to improve their technical skills
Drive and foster engineering excellence
Perform code reviews and ensure new code is following established coding practices
Write automation tests as part of development process

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Strong knowledge of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms & design patterns
Knowledge of good software development practices (Clean Code, Refactoring, etc.)
Expert-level of Java 8+
Experience with Rest API, Spring Framework, Spring-MVC, Spring-Security
Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate) and relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Expert-level of JavaScript and front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, AJAX, etc.)
Experience with any of Angular 6+, React, Vue.JS
Experience with automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber)
Experience with Maven and Gradle

Advantages:
Advanced knowledge of Angular 6+ & TypeScript
Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD, Docker and AWS
