We are now looking for a motivated customer centric professional for the position of:

Customer Experience Expert

Main Responsibilities:
Supports customer related projects and processes for development and improvement of services to end customers
Administrates process for collection, analysis and management of customer feedback
Supports customer communication process
Analyses and follows up customer issues and existing solutions in the respective systems and initiates changes in the processes and systems, if/where needed
Provides training and business support to internal users and prepares reports and communication for activities/systems under responsibility
Initiates and participates in the development of client journeys which lead to improvement of customer experience and accomplishment of business priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT or related field
Digital literacy
Good command of English language
Previous CX and/or project experience
Learning agility
Ability to solve problems creatively
Analytical skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
