Your key responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the Group Data Governance framework and help establish effective local governance practices.
Prepare, validate, and maintain datasets for Group reporting, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Analyze and reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve data reliability and reporting efficiency.
Document data flows, transformations, and reporting logic to support transparency and governance requirements.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, IT, and business teams to ensure reporting needs are effectively addressed.
Contribute to process improvements through automation, standardization, and strengthened data controls.
Serve as a point of contact for data-related topics and support initiatives that enhance data quality across the organization.

Skills and qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Previous experience in insurance, banking, financial reporting, data management, or a similar analytical role is an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
Experience working with large datasets, data validation and reporting activities.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
