For one of our partners, we are looking for: Accounts Receivable with English or German

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all collections procedures are completed promptly;
• Communicating with clients about billing discrepancies and any questions they may have;
• Providing support and advice on Collections processes where required;
• Ensuring that the collection of debt is actioned daily;
• Working closely with other team members.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English OR German;
• Bachelor level education;
• Good Excel skills;
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures or relevant experience would be a strong advantage.
