SUPPLIER ENABLEMENT ANALYST

Position summary

The Supplier Enablement Analyst , will be responsible for executing the supplier enablement process for suppliers to a business to business platform. In this role, you will maintain the standard operation procedures, training documents and metrics for the enablement process. You will be critical in adoption of a dynamic, digital marketplace that helps to improve the efficiency of sales cycles, improve cash flow and grow the business. You will be responsible for helping to maintain all methods of communication with key internal and external stakeholders.

Major Tasks
• Support pre-enablement activities in executing the defined wave plan by collecting and cleaning supplier contact data and supporting analysis of data to defined wave plans.
• Provide support to execute supplier enablement communications such as project notification letters, summit webinars and go live letters.
• Support compliance as the first level of supplier compliance escalation and provide summary level of the supplier’s profile and compliance issue to the escalation team to further compliance escalation.
• Support maintaining supplier training using several methods including to video conference, written communication and face to face meetings.
• Maintain the supplier enablement shared mailbox and respond to stakeholders queries and ensure queries are handled according to established service level agreements.
• Provide support to measure and track supplier enablement metrics to ensure success metrics are achieved.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing applications
• Excellent English language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Confirmed experience in training
• Confirmed experience in procurement, supply chain, operations or finance roles
• Confirmed knowledge or expertise in procure to pay
