YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for accurate and complete execution of daily tasks related to claims and disputes;
Provides high quality claims and disputes services in a timely manner to countries across the Coca-Cola Hellenic business;
Prepares analysis in case of claims and disputes and communicates results to respective parties;
Based on analysis’ results discuss and claims the disputable amount to ensure cash collection;
Participates actively in knowledge preservation and information management to support business dynamics.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Understanding of accounts receivable and collections processes;
Knowledge of general accounting principles;
Experience with focus on customer service in multinational environment and/or experience in Shared Services is considered as an advantage;
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field;
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
Experienced user of MS Office;
Good time management and priority setting - work with tight deadlines. Result-oriented and proactive personality.
