As part of the expansion of the Finance BI Team in Sofia, we are looking for experienced professionals in the field of automation and analysis to join the team and help us in the digital transformation of our reporting structure. The role will be part of the reporting workstream within the team and will be responsible for both ongoing reporting and dashboard support as well as the development of new tools, solutions and analytical dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce regular reports for Senior Management team in MS Excel and Tableau
• Combine data from different sources and create robust and dynamic financial models based on it
• Own and create standardised trended analysis, produce dynamic views of data that can cover multiple uses
• Produce Dashboard KPI’s and integrate into Tableau
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all aspects of the financial processes and standardisation across all activities.
• Assist with other ad hoc requests

Job Requirements:

Essential:
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills, data modelling, Power Query and Data Connections
• Knowledge and experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
• Experience in building financial data models, analysis and visualizations in Excel
• Experience in producing regular reports, focus on timing, prioritisation and self-management
• Be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent English

Desirable:
• Experience and knowledge in writing VBA code and building automation solutions
• General understanding of RDBMS principles
• Experience working with Financial modelling and managing data
• Experience in a global, matrix organisation
• Knowledge of systems such as Oracle, Hyperion and OBIEE
• Exposure to building business cases
• Previous accounting experience and understanding of financial principle
