We are looking for a new colleague to join Experian Global Finance Services (GFS). Global Finance Services is the fastest growing area of the Experian finance team with c 50% of the Experian Finance roles within this organisation. Global Finance Services is based in 4 main locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Santiago, Chile with satellite offices in Nottingham, UK and Costa Mesa, US.

We are currently looking for a Service & Billing Admin to support our UK Billing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the process of electronic invoicing and statements of accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all the relevant invoice checks, ensuring that client requirements are met prior uploading to e-invoicing portal;
• Reconcile client purchase order information with invoicing details;
• Investigate errors on invoices and communicate proactively with business partners to ensure that those are resolved;
• Handle client queries and communicate directly with Accounts Receivable team
• Ad-hoc support on product code creation
• Upload invoicing files into the billing system
• Purchase order management
• Adhere to internal and external audit requirements
• Identify process or system improvements
• Update process documentation as required
• Liaise with colleagues in the Service and Billing team and other stakeholders around Experian


Requirements:

• Relevant higher education degree
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Able to work on own initiative and prioritise daily workload accordingly
• Good attention to detail
• Manage own workload
• Able to deliver results
• Flexibility around busy periods at month end

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
