For one of our partners, we are looking for a motivated individual to take the position of Accounts Payable Associate Manager with French

Main responsibilities:

- Participate and approve the recruitments, management and development of the Accounts Payable Specialists in the Finance Service Line, ensuring that the required knowledge and resources are available to meet the needs of the business;
- Coach team members on delivering high-quality Accounts Payable service
- Handles escalations from the team and resolve complex issues and address critical topics;
- Able to clarify role accountabilities in order to guarantee efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years in a similar function;
- In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable management;
- Excellent French;
- Technical and practical application experience in Accounts Payable procedures and controls is desirable;
- Good level of English language;
- Ability to work as a part of a team;
- Management experience will be considerate as an advantage.
