Our partner is an international oil company experienced in the production, refining and trading of oil and natural gas.

For them we are looking for a highly experienced person with excellent knowledge of development of strategic asset management and of Real Estate property field for the role of:


Real Estate Property Manager (Temporary contract)


Day to day you will make a difference by...

• Manage the relationship with Landlords and tenants, including negotiating leases and contracts;
• Lead and deliver Acquisitions, Lease Renewals and Disposals. Single point of contact to ensure coordinated oversight within Shell;
• Develop Asset Optimization strategy and execute with fast and flawless delivery;
• Look after Property Management Processes (contracts/payments/systems) and streamline further to enable seamless cooperation with partners / Landlords;
• Working with the Global Real Estate team to execute active asset management strategies which optimise returns to Retail;
• Liaising with the Global Real Estate team and other Market unit Real Estate Portfolio Managers to define, implement and monitor standards which are consistent with best practice approaches;
• Responsible for internal comms & alignment with Engineering, Planning, Marketing, Finance, Sales, external partners etc in support of delivery of Retail, Network & Real Estate objectives.

The person we are looking for has…

• Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Real Estate, Legal, Finance);
• Professional real estate certification preferred;
• 5-10 years in a professional real estate role with corporate real estate experience;
• Financial / Legal knowledge and experience (e.g. accounting principles, real estate ownership and financing structures and related issues, contractual conditions for leases);
• Professional Retail experience and a good overall understanding of the Retail business will be an advantage;
• Attention to detail while demonstrating ability to think broadly;
• Strong commercial acumen;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
