ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
The CPI Lead will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects within BSO using business transformation and improvement concepts such as Six Sigma and Lean as well as to equip BSO employees with CPI knowledge ready to drive process standardization, eliminate waste and perform with quality and cost consciousness.

ARE YOU KEEN ON CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT?
Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization, collaborate with stream/countries to re-engineer processes and eliminate workflow inefficiencies.
Act as internal consultants, developing strategies for the organization and incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking or other practices, with goal to facilitate progress and reduce costs.
Works on identification and implementation of business justified projects for automation
Runs improvement projects with streams/countries ensuring that processes are constantly evaluated and improved in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility.
Understands stream KBIs and is able to analyze metrics for root-cost analysis;
Ensures compliance with Service Partnership and Agreements and organizes Customer Satisfaction Survey;
Transfers knowledge and supports to build in-house skills to use the CPI methodology;
Builds solid relationships with BSO, BSS, Omega & Country teams;

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Business studies, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field;
Formal certifications in Lean Six Sigma / Design Thinking / Agile
Fluency in English both written and verbal;
Minimum 2 years experience within FMCG & multinational company.
Minimum 2 years of Project Management and process management experience.
Firm understanding of accounting standards and principles;
Experience in setting up processes, performance measures, targets and reports;
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 will be considered an advantage;
Results-driven and customer-oriented.
