On behalf of our client, a global technology company aiming to deliver innovative technology solutions built around Digital, IoT, Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity, Analytics, Infrastructure Management, and Engineering Services, we are looking for Invoicing specialist with French


Invoicing Specialist with French


Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner;
- Monitoring of billing holds;
- Identifying system issues and logging Solution Manager tickets to resolve;
- Ensure business targets on billing completeness, quality and timeliness are achieved;
- Driving connectivity to ensure billing quality;
- Escalate, to the next level, any unresolved billing issues in a timely manner.


Background, skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English;
- Experience in a finance-related role or customer interaction role ;
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
