You are the ideal candidate for the position if you:
• Are fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Are skilled in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, Macros/Automation, VBA etc.
• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Are highly analytical with strong investigative skills
• Can work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Are willing to work on a flexible schedule

Your responsibilities will include:
• Serve as a central point of contact to resolve issues and queries
• Support trade flow, verification, books and records accuracy of listed products
• Monitor any technical issues with FX systems and portals
• Work with System Support team for resolution
