ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNTANT
Job Purpose and Impact
Associate Accountant is an entry level position which provides you with an opportunity to join and learn from GL accounting team. Associate Accountant supports the monthly general ledger accounting activities, financial and management reporting. In this role, you will gain culturally and geographically diverse experience and interact with various finance teams.

Key Accountabilities
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers and customers.
Assist in the development and implementation of our records information management policies and best practices.
Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs.
Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Academic background in Finance & Accounting or Economics - 3rd or 4th year student in university or recent graduate;
Fluent in English, any other languages will be considered as an advantage.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel);
Good communication skills and effective work in a team;
