DERIVATIVES COMPLIANCE SENIOR ANALYST
Job Purpose and Impact
The Derivatives Compliance Senior Analyst will ensure that the organization's activities follow the necessary rules and regulations and comply with legal and regulatory boundaries and jurisdictions. This role will be part of the Business Support Network (“BSN”) in the Derivatives and Commodities Compliance (“DCC”) team and support the Geneva DCC team with various activities including, but not limited to, providing business advise, support and projects for the assigned business line(s). Willing to train the right candidate.

Key Accountabilities
Provide the Business with support and advice on regulatory guidelines for existing activities, considering internal guidelines and outside regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
Handle trade surveillance alerts by conducting internal reviews and help coordinate responses to external regulatory enquiries.
Review business communications and marketing materials to ensure that they comply with regulatory requirements; provide guidance on internal acceptable communications practices.
Administer defined internal DCC policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
Work with teams across DCC and support projects across pillars, workflows, and processes; consult across pillars to foster a partnership and share knowledge.
Be able to handle a fast-paced environment and be flexible in a continuously evolving environment.
Have a can-do attitude, self-starter, and ability to partner with others to get work done.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to support collaboration and strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Experience in handling multiple tasks concurrently.
Experience in planning and organizing to achieve results and finish projects.
Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledge of Cargill businesses, agriculture commodity markets and main products/contracts, regulatory compliance and derivatives - futures, options, OTCs, exchange rules on trading derivatives i.e., CME, ICE US, ICE Europe and MATIF.
Have a growth mindset and able to apply the right risk calibration in their approach (i.e., seeks to get the business to an agreeable outcome).
Enthusiastic, willing to keep learning new things and grow existing skillset.
Takes initiative and ownership with the right level of oversight/support; know when to escalate but not hesitant to seek help.
Able to drive results, persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles, setbacks, and delays.
