Main Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer complaints while keeping the Regulatory’s requirements in mind and participating in the development of an effective legal compliance program;
• Proactively auditing processes, practices, and documents;
• Resolve employees concerns about legal compliance;
• Ensure that you meet targets set by the company for dealing with their customer’s payment requests;
• Offering excellent support and troubleshooting to the customers ’inquiries by email communication.

• Excellent written and verbal skills- French/ Italian/ Spanish
• Fluent level of English
• 2+ years of experience within the Gaming industry;
