Our client is a leading European FinTech Group with an internationally growing organization. In connection with their growth, they are constantly expanding their team and currently we are looking for Product Development Manager to join their family.


Some of your tasks would include:

- Leading product development process by continuously analyzing the market trends and customer and market needs;
- Managing several priorities simultaneously while prioritizing relentlessly based on business and customer impact;
- Developing products to attract new customer segments;
- Improving the company’s current products to retain loyal customers;
- Participating in the launch of the new products;
- Tracking and analyzing the consumption of each company’s product and evaluating the profitability.


Skills and experience we need:

- University degree in financial, technical or related field;
- Proven experience in leading financial products in a fast-paced international environment;
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills;
- Fluent written and oral English;
- Ability to filter information gathered from varied sources about business environment, market, industry and organization and retain the most important elements;
- Strong initiative and autonomy;
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
