We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Payments Manager

Day to day you will make a difference by...:

Build, manage and animate a team of several team leads and their respective teams in the Finance Service Line;
Participate and approve the recruitments, manage and develop the Specialists in the Finance Service Line;
Report directly to the Senior Finance Manager of the Finance Service Line;
Drive continuous improvement within the cash management function, including process standardization based on best practices, technology changes and organization improvements;
Serve as advanced escalation point for complex transactions and business queries, supporting team to resolve issues whenever possible and liaising with other appropriate teams as required, resolve critical topics;
Monitor performance dashboards for all in-scope services/activities to support service governance;
Deliver to agreed SLA’s regarding time and accuracy, working directly with key stakeholders to identify and address issues where required;
Review monthly metrics/KPIs and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
Lead process simplification and improvement initiatives;
Manage the relationships with all key business, financial and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in finance, accounting or similar;
Minimum 4/5 years in a similar function and Experience in GBS/SSC Industry;
In depth knowledge of cash management;
Experience in working with multiple ERPs and finance applications;
Able to deal with and enhance complex, computerized business systems;
Management experience required;
Excellent project management and communication skills;
Teamwork spirit, easily communicate with team members and other departments;
English language imperative, French is a plus.
