YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare contractual templates for standard commercial deals and support the contract management process through working with the Contract Management System of the Company
Participate in cross-functional projects where legal input is needed
Conduct trainings on legal matters to colleagues from other departments (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, IT, Finance, HR)
Prepare legal opinions on contracts, deals and legal matters (commercial, competition law, labor law, food and water legislation, personal data protection, digital technology) related to the main business areas of the company
Prepare and coordinate documents with legal focus and content as part of legal services to the company – internal orders, procedures
Monitor the amendments to the legal framework, regulating the activities of the company and give opinions on them
Report directly to Country Legal Manager

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Completed higher education- Legal
Completed practical exam for practicing legal profession as “Jurist”
Experience at least 1-2 years (in FMCG will be an advantage) after graduation
Experience in commercial law, competition law, labor law, food and water legislation, personal data protection
Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Internet, public records, legal information systems
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Analytical thinking
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
Responsibility and initiative, friendly personality
