Our client is a medium sized multichannel contact center located in Sofia.

Key responsibilities:
- contact warm and cold prospects (B2C) to advise on and sell subscriptions for:
- Internet, TV and telephony
- Subscriptions for gas and electricity
- contracts online and do the follow up of your sales portfolio

The suitable applicant:
- Dutch proficient C1 level (oral and written)
- Fluency in speech with great intonation
- High energy level
- Focussed on achieving results and objectives
- Recognizes customer’s needs
- Creative and out of the box approach towards clients
- Resilient
