Our client is an ambitious fast growing Danish Retail company with a solid financial background that values dedicated hard work. We have big Distribution Center in Bozhurishte, where the office is located, 36 stores in Bulgaria.
Payroll Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents - labor contracts, decisions for terminations, certificates;
• Salary calculation;
• Work with company database programs to process payroll;
• Manage the database of employees, operate at the correct time the entries and exits;
• Keep our internal systems up-to-date;
• Be responsible for the relationship with the Work protection company and with labor medicine company.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English;
• Personnel administration experience and Salary calculation for 1-2 years;
• Good Microsoft office skills (Excel and Word);
• Knowledge of Labor Legislation;
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
