We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Specialist Reporting Factory
Main role: Under the supervision of the Manager Reporting Factory, the Specialist Reporting Factory will support development of new financial reports and/or improvements of existing ones, ensuring the data governance for BIC reporting data.

Day to day you will make a difference by...:
Work closely with BIC financial users and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge through centralized reports/dashboards, data analysis;
Participate in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions, propose business-process enhancements;
Review the quality of data by operating controls and compliance activities;
Work with data stakeholders to identify data quality or integrity issues;
Support the documentation and implementation of standard reports, data source definition and standards, policies and procedures;
Assist business and technical teams with the identification of essential data elements and their source.

Required skills:

3-5 years of experience working on information management, data governance or data quality;
Knowledge of ETL tools;
Advanced knowledge of BI Reporting tools (Power BI, IBM Cognos,TM1);
A good understanding of data management principles and best practices;
Advanced Excel skills;
English language imperative – French desirable;
Good interpersonal skills – ability to build good relationships with virtual teams and senior leadership.
