ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
You are going to be responsible for Automation implementation through Robotic Process Automation & other technologies, managing the delivery of new business capabilities and solutions . You will be accountable for ensuring successful solution activation on time with high quality and satisfaction of stakeholders.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver core Stream projects and manage the monthly routines, ensuring that all projects have progress and as per the expectations;
Identifies and manages dependencies between Business and areas for automation/ improvement;
Applies different project and program management approaches and management techniques;
Ensures that customers’ needs are understood, expectations are managed, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved or exceeded;
Ensures that project team and involved parties fully understand project goals and are fully motivated to achieve them;
Creates a great working environment through positive mind-set and can-do attitude in the project team.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Strong project management skills, knowledge and experience with New Business Functionality projects;
Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration;
Continuous improvement experience in multinational environment and/or experience in Shared Services;
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
University degree in Business Studies, Finance, Engineering or Information Systems or another business-related field;
Result-oriented and proactive personality;
Process management, ability to manage and measure work;
Strong communication, customer focus and influencing skills.
