For one of our clients, a business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance which is different by design and has its own DNA, we are looking for:
Bilingual Advisor with German/ French/ Slovak or Polish (Mon-Fri; 09:00 - 18:00 )
Main responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries via inbound calls;
• Understand the issue and log the ticket in a ticketing system;
• Deliver quality service regarding the company standards;
• Ensure that you meet targets set by the company for dealing with their customer’s requests.

The skills:
• Fluency in any of the following languages: German/ French/ Slovak or Polish;
