ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
The E-Procurement Administrator Specialist will have a key role in supporting our organization in procurement digital journey. The new role involves interactive work with country business users to smoothly use new technology in procurement and utilize their full capabilities. The role involves administration of new toоls as well as continuously improvement to ensure optimization and standardization.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide functional and technical support and guidance for new procurement digital platforms (Ariba etc.) to ensure full adoption of the tool and sustainable improvement.
Provide timely and correctly user accesses.
Support business users with reporting and analysis.
Partner with country and group procurement teams.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Manage knowledge of business users for system usage, processes, policies and system functionalities.
Participate actively in raising change requests and testing of new releases.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Finance, Economics or administration field
Knowledge of established Purchasing and Finance business processes
Experienced user of Microsoft applications
Previous experience of ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be considered as an advantage
Results driven
Customer centric
Must demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and logic
Fluency in English both written and verbal
