Our partner is an outsorcing company which just opened its first center at Bulgaria. Currently, they are looking for experienced and motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:

VIP Account Manager with Italian /Russian/ German/ Portuguese or Turkish


Main responsibilities:
Handle VIP inquiries/requests from customers vie email and chat;
Investigate financial activity, checking online payments;
Account verification, request and check international documents for KYC compliance;
Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift VIP customer satisfaction and establish longterm business relationship.

Job requirements:
Fluency in Italian / Russian/ German/ Portuguese or Turkish (C1-C2);
Excellent level of English (C1 minimum);
Previous experience in CSR is an adventage;
Ability to work on shifts;
Excellent problem solving and attention to detail skill;
Good PC literacy (Windows operating systems).
