ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post invoices accurately and on time;
Perform clearing of accounts, follow-up on account balances and take actions to prevent aged balances;
Execute vendor balance reconciliations and follow-up;
Perform necessary steps for onboarding of new supply chain vendors;
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, goods receipt and invoice receipt investigation;
Work with external and internal customers on a daily basis to resolve supplier queries;
Contribute to Service Management and Balance Sheet reviews;
Perform and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?:
Sound understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes;
Knowledge of general accounting principles;
Quantitative and analytical skills;
3-5 years in an accounting/finance role;
Experienced user of MS applications and ERP systems;
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics or another business-related field;
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers through analyzing their needs and acting upon customer feedback;
Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage
