Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:

Training Specialist with Italian / Russian or French

Main Responsibilities:

• Build annual training program and prepare training plans;
• Create and update training documents and developmental courses;
• Explores new ideas for improved workflow and automation enhancements;
• Set up a training need identification framework in discussion with management.
• Set up a framework for regular refresher training sessions in alignment to training needs identified.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of Italian / French or Russian (C1 Level);
• Working level of English (B2);
• Mandatory prior experience in training delivery of 3-4 years;
• Ability to manage an audience group (address, engage, inform and interact, lead);
• Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc;
