Our client, a multi-national, stock exchange-listed and family-run company in the field of metal technology is currently opening a Global Business Service (GBS) organization to support process and service excellence of its subsidiaries in 2021!
To strengthen their team in the new GBS Center in Sofia, we are currently looking for the position:

Senior Accounts Payable Accountant with GERMAN (NEW SSC)


Main responsibilities:

Invoice receipt, internal process of invoices (if deviation), process of payments (preparation and execution of payment run); preparation of tax refund;
AP Invoices processing (Receipt document, scan, verify until the validation & booking in ERP);
Invoice verification and posting; regular invoices, back margin, intercompany, advance payments, manufacturer sub-contractors, blocked invoices / disagreements;
Relation with supplier & ECM users;
Respect payments terms / avoid late payments;
Implement appropriately Accounts Payable policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
Experience with SAP;
Fluent in German language;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar;
Previous experience on a similar role of minimum 3 years;
Good communication skills; teamwork spirit; ability to follow deadlines.
