Main responsibilities:
• Perform user support, training and cross team knowledge transfer where appropriate
• Support on systems implementation and training
• Collect user requirements work together with solution team
• Perform systems release support to user acceptance test team or user department

• ERP Midrange and Mainframe Expert
• Excel Advanced User
