1. System support and administration:
End users support;
Troubleshooting and maintaining EBS application processes;
Resolve critical issues;
Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues and bugs;
EBS Application system monitoring;
Supporting external and internal audit of functional and system setup;
2. EBS development and customizations support:
PLSQL stored procedures and functions utilization;
Standard and custom reports modification;
Communication with non-technical end-users to obtain requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing;
Preparing technical specifications and change management documentation;
Customizations patching, patches versions control and documentation;
Customizations testing;
Regression testing;
3. Maintenance and support Users and Users access rights:
Creating users and assigning user roles and responsibilities;
Creating new user roles, responsibilities and menus;
Creating employees;
Revoking user access;
Monitoring user accesses;
Ensure compliance with organization-defined data security policies.
4. Maintenance and support approval Hierarchy:
Approval hierarchies (PO, Invoice, iExpense, etc.) setup and changes;
Approval attributes, rules, conditions, groups setup and maintain approvers positions;
Approval workflow related issues support, troubleshooting and investigation;
Testing hierarchy and workflow changes on test environment.
Your qualification:
Experience in application support
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite applications
SQL, PL/SQL knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Basic information technologies and system architectures understanding
Customer service oriented
A creative person who has developed innovative approaches to developing solutions
Goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance
Good English verbal and written communication skills
