Invoice Processing Specialist with French


Main responsibilities:
Invoice receipt, internal process of invoices (if deviation), process of payments (preparation and execution of payment run); preparation of tax refund;
AP Invoices processing (Receipt document, scan, verify until the validation & booking in ERP);
Invoice verification and posting; regular invoices, back margin, intercompany, advance payments, manufacturer sub-contractors, blocked invoices / disagreements;
Implement appropriately Accounts Payable policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
Fluency in French language (C1);
Good level of English language (B2);
Experience with SAP;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar;
Previous experience on a similar role of minimum 1 year is desirable.
