Personal Assistant to the CEО with French/ Spanish

The main duties will include:
Support the CEO in administrative and organizational tasks, as proceed timely reaction to instant situations;
Asisst the CEO in his travels throughout his travels in Europe, Dubai, Bangkok when needed. This may include traveling during the full week - from Monday till Sunday;
Manage the CEO’s diary, developing a schedule that maximises effectiveness and impact. This will include intricate diary management, full meeting preparations and briefings and exceptional forward planning;
Act as first point of contact and an ambassador for the CEO with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including at the most senior level, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms;
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the office, internal departments, inter-agency partners, and external stakeholders; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support;
Organizing travel and itineraries;
Manage all direct reports’ time tracking, holiday requests, escalating to CEO when appropriate;
Contacting and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners, related to Administration department;
Preparing different presentations and reports.

Requirements:
Two years + as an Executive Administrative Assistant of a CEO;
Bachelor's degree;
Experience/Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook;
Functional literacy in English - additional foreign language will be an advantage;
Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent scheduling changes;
Experience fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment with other administrative support professionals is preferred;
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
