Risk and Payments Specialist

Main responsibilities:
Review and process real-money transactions and transfers, customer KYC documentation and action system alerts generated by customers activity
Monitor various fraud detection and suspicious activity reports to identify potential risk and/or losses
Communicate with internal and external sources related to potentially fraudulent activity
Investigate customer information and activity suspected of being related to fraud
Creation and maintenance of all internal procedures of identifying, reviewing and investigation of all related cases
Monitor the payment flows, perform daily account reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies
Implementation of new payment and monitoring processes
Actively seek and develop new payment-systems and banking relationships

Requirements:
Previous Experince in Risk and Payments management, at least 2 years, preferable in Forex industry
Excellent level of written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
Comfortable to work independently or as a part of the team
Have experience with payment providers
Have ability to get down to details, order and organization and to be initiative
