Essential Duties:

• Support the senior management of the division on priority ad hoc projects
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across the Group and seek improvements
• Drive process and systems efficiencies in all areas of responsibility. Review and critically assess current systems in order to assess and recommend ways to achieve maximum optimization
• Help develop the core finance team
• Being accountable for external reporting.
• Responsibility of P&L, BS and statutory accounts preparation
• Ability to develop and execute a strong vision of how the Finance function needs to develop to support the wider business.
• Highly personable and energetic relationship builder, adapt at carving strong bonds within your team and across the organization.
• Experience preparing reports, analyzing and evaluating financial performance data.
• Diligent about detail, care about context and can always see the bigger picture.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Able to juggle a varied and challenging workload, ruthless prioritization comes naturally, but so does delegating to the team.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
• ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Proficiency in English
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• At least 3 years’ experience in an audit or commercial environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to be agile and adaptable.
• Ability to thrive in a creative, dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and resources effectively, while meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
• Hands-on, proactive, takes initiative in problems solving and is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
