As a Senior Payment Officer Digital Bank, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Acting as senior employee for international payment transactions (SWIFT and SEPA) with main focus on transaction on our Digital Banking Platform
Executing of the settlement of forex transactions (booking and confirmation matching)
Executing complaint handling for payments and forex transactions
Booking of payment and forex related fees
Managing and monitoring the annual release changes for both SWIFT and SEPA
Participation in and ownership of ad hoc projects
Being the main contact person for IT and Group Head Payments
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
Support internal / external stakeholders with requests on our Digital Banking Platform
