VIP Account Manager with English / Spanish / Hungarian or Czech



Main responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients;
• Assist with inquiries regarding different matters;
• Solving customer related issues;
• Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift VIP customer satisfaction and establish long-term business relationship.

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of Spanish / Hungarian or Czech (C1);
• Excellent level of English;
• Previous experience in customer support;
• Previous experience as a retention/sales specialist would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to think proactively.
