Essential Duties:

• Actively participate in the initial training programme
• Research potential banking partners
• Assist the Banking team in opening new bank accounts and in maintaining existing partnerships
• Participate in the preparation of KYC documents required by the banks
• Support the Banking team members in the preparation and execution of documents required for registration and management of banking mandates and user profiles in the online platforms of banks and Payment Service Providers
• Input and update the required data in the internal systems and databases of the Banking department
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses regarding flows and transactions through the banks of the company
• Participate in the creation and update of internal documents, manuals and procedures
• Log agreements, pricing tariffs and bank’s terms and conditions

Your Profile:

• Educational requirements: University graduate in the field of Banking or Finance or in the process of graduating
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Pro-activeness and ability to work in a team
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English both written and verbal is a pre-requisite
• Second foreign language will be considered and advantage (however, not a pre-requisite)
