For one of our partners an international organization within the cyber security field we are looking for: Telemarketing Business Development Representative with NATIVE level of CZECH to cover markets in Europe. The job is fulfilled by B2B Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Telesales.



JOB SCOPE:


• Responsible for proactive sales B2B outbound calls
• Following up on leads, generating and tracking sales opportunities
• DataBase nurturing
• Supporting cold calls in collaboration with the telemarketing and telesales teams
• Monitoring the Opportunity Sales Cycle
• Consistent telephone and e-mail communication with leads
• Capable to deliver a clear product/service message via phone and presenting the benefits and advantages of the company’s solutions.
• Meeting KPI targets – annual, monthly, weekly.


REQUIREMENTS:


• NATIVE CZECH LANGUAGE LEVEL both spoken and written
• English – business level
• Good knowledge and previous working, ideally 2+ years, experience in German spoken countries
• Experience within a call-centre or related business environment is an advantage
• CRM Platform knowledge
• Result oriented
• Dependable, professionally serious and detail-oriented
• A positive, proactive person with a capacity to learn in a very dynamic and international environment
