Основни задължения:Taking a methodological approach when defining processes, creating rules and procedures related to the retail debt collection process.
Optimizing processes to achieve effective collection of overdue retail problem loans, incl. the preparation of business assignments for updates in internal software systems related to the collection activities.
Conducting portfolio segmentation of problem retail exposures for the purposes of different collection activities - assignment of receivables, discount campaigns, etc.
Preparation and coordination of proposals for the creation or amendment of the motivation scheme for employees in the Directorate.
Planning, controlling and conducting trainings for employees involved in the retail collection activities.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
A University Degree.
Professional experience (minimum 4 years) in the field of debt collection in a banking or financial institution.
Computer literacy - MS Office.
Excellent command in English.
Desire and motivation to achieve results.
